For a candy-shop in Las Vegas…
(let’s say I pay rent each month, so no utilities)
what other expenses are there besides…
-Buying the candy in bulk
-Rent
-Employee’s Wages
-Any equipment
-Advertising (includes accounting computer program 4 me)
Did I forget anything? Or after I subtract all that from my revenue, I take home that much in my pocket?
I’m confused on the business licenses I would need and all the legal stuff. HELP

Hello, I was wondering how much would the opening inventory cost for running a small video game business. Also what would be a reasonable estimate for the gas bill, electricity bill, water, and telephone bill? I really need this information for a school project. thanks
I’m talking about a store that sells games like gamestop.

I have been married to my wife for less than two years. Prior to getting married, she had her own business and continues to run it while we are married. Business has been down lately and she has gotten behind on bills. She and I have been going through a rough patch as well lately and one topic that has come up is her expectation that I should pay her business bills. Am I liable to pay any of the bills related to that business?

So a sideline gig is developing somewhat, and to simplify bookkeeping I’m thinking of getting a separate card for all those expenses.

For now we’re not incorporated or anything, so this will be a personal card in that regard. Is there any detriment to my credit rating for opening up new cards that won’t be used very often?
FYI, I only have one card, my wife has two, we both have excellent credit ratings.
